This is a love story unlike any other! Lauren Burnham and Arie Luyendyk Jr. are defying reality TV odds.
Burnham and Luyendyk Jr. met while filming season 22 of The Bachelor in 2018. Though he first chose Becca Kufrin as the recipient of his last rose, he later ended their engagement to pursue his relationship with the former technology salesperson.
They are now one of the longest-lasting couples from the iconic franchise. Burnham was proposed to by the former race car driver at his season’s After the Final Rose special, and they married in 2019 at the Haiku Mill in Maui, Hawaii.
Luyendyk Jr. recounted how he knew Burnham was The One while boasting about his love tale. “In 2018, he told GQ, “I just kind of fell in love with her before I really knew who she was.” “I know it seems strange, but I believe there is a form of love where you are completely swept away the instant you meet someone. That was how it went with her.”

Is Lauren and Arie Luyendyk still together?
After shocking the world by ditching Becca Kufrin on television, Arie Luyendyk and Lauren Burnham got engaged on the “After the Final Rose” special. They currently have three children and are married.
What happened to Arie and Lauren?
Arie proposed to Becca Kufrin on season 22 of The Bachelor, following in the footsteps of Jason Mesnick, but changed his mind before the season ended. During the live After the Final Rose special in March 2018, the former racecar driver proposed to runner-up Lauren Burnham. Us reported months later that the couple is expecting their first child. Arie and Lauren revealed to Us exclusively in January 2019 that they are expecting a baby girl.
Is Lauren expecting twins?
Three-course meal! Lauren Burnham and Arie Luyendyk Jr. announced their pregnancy in December 2020, and the pregnant actress has been tracking her baby belly progress ever since.
In the couple’s original announcement, the Virginia native cradled her growing tummy in a cream outfit. “I’m not sure what to say right now,” the Shades of Rose designer remarked at the time on Instagram. “For the past three months, I’ve been crying on and off. This time is no exception. Thank you very much.”
In a separate post, the former Bachelorette stated that 2020 has arrived “It has fully recovered.” The Bachelor alum also disclosed his wife’s due date, which is July 2021.
Former reality stars opened up about their relationships “The following week, she shared ultrasound photographs with “two tiny miracles.” The couple quickly created an Instagram account for their upcoming twins.
While celebrating 13 weeks, Burnham wrote a greeting to the children. “Here we go, second trimester!” the expecting actress captioned a December 2020 social media post. “I was putting your sister to bed today when one of you kicked her in the back. I was so excited that I immediately hurried out and told your father. Knowing you’re moving around in there set my mind at ease because today was the first day I didn’t feel queasy. We had an ultrasound this week, and I have to admit, one of you is really busy in there, while the other appears to prefer to relax. I’m excited to see if your little personalities are like that.”
Is Trista still married to Ryan?
Chris Harrison dubbed Trista and Ryan the “godmother and godfather” of Bachelor Nation since they were the first couple in the program to be (and stay) blissfully married. Producers knew Trista would make the ideal Bachelorette after she finished second on the first season of The Bachelor. Ryan was the clear favorite after completing season one of The Bachelorette with a handwritten poem and a marriage proposal to Trista. The pair married in a three-part ABC special on December 6, 2003. Blakesley and Maxwell, their two children, currently reside with them in Colorado.
The Bachelor Nation’s favorite happy couple recently celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary! Despite the fact that Trista recently revealed that Ryan, 46, has been “struggling for months,” the couple made time to celebrate their love and each other on social media. “Through good and bad times, sickness and health, blue skies and rain,” she writes. Ryan stated on Instagram, “You’ve stuck with me through terrible times, supported me through change, and sympathized with me during my struggle.” Trista said in her devotion that Ryan is her rock as they look for a diagnosis for him.

Which Bachelor in Paradise couples are still together in 2022 after seven seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette candidates flirting, canoodling, and getting engaged on the beaches of Mexico?

What is Arie Luyendyk Jr up to these days?
Luyendyk works at RE/MAX in Scottsdale, Arizona as a real estate broker. He became engaged to the runner-up, Lauren Burnham, on his season after realizing he had made a mistake while proposing to Becca Kufrin on Season 22 of “The Bachelor,” and Burnham moved to Scottsdale to be with Luyendyk. On January 12, 2019, the pair tied the knot. On May 29, 2019, they had their first child, a daughter. Lauren gave birth to twins on June 11, 2021.
In a 2019 episode of HGTV’s House Hunters International located in Amsterdam, he played an agent.
What is the net worth of Arie Luyendyk?
This Bachelor is not to be confused with his father, who is rumored to be worth $20 million. Luyendyk Jr.’s celebrity net worth is estimated to be $4 million. He works as a real estate agent with RE/MAX Excalibur in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is a race car racer with shockingly few wins. According to PayScale, the average broker earns $52,000 per year.
Luyendyk already owns a $458,000 condo, but he recently spent $860,000 for a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom second home.
How much did Arie and Lauren spend on their Hawaii home?
It’s been two years since Arie Luyendyk starred as the most boring Bachelor in history on television, and I have to say, I don’t miss him. Watching Arie and Lauren fall in love (sorry, Becca) was probably less thrilling than watching paint dry, but hey, it appears that everything is going well for them. That’s fantastic. They’re married, have a daughter together, and their first house they’re flipping together is currently on the market, two years after meeting on the show. Fortunately, someone in a Facebook group I belong to shared the Zillow listing, and boy is it impressive.
I’m not a real estate specialist, so I have a few questions after looking over the listing. Let’s start with some of the specifics. Arie and Lauren purchased the ancient property in February of last year and completely renovated it. The new house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is almost 3,000 square feet, which is *looks around* significantly larger than my flat, according to my estimates. That’s great, it sounds like a typical suburban home. It’s wonderful to see Arie hasn’t let his Bachelor popularity get in the way of his actual work, as he’s labeled as the listing agent right there on Zillow.
The asking price of $915, 000 was the first thing that struck my eye. That’s over a million bucks for those of us who struggle with numbers. I thought it sounded high, so I looked into it. In early 2019, Arie and Lauren paid $298,500 for the previous house on the property. The new residence was then listed for $950,000 yesterday. That’s a price rise of more than 200 percent, according to Zillow’s figures. Do I really need to start flipping houses? Probably. Do I possess the necessary abilities? Certainly not. Strangely, the house’s price has already been reduced by $35k in less than a day of being on the market, which seems like an odd strategy? Maybe this is a standard method that I’m not aware of, but I’m going to assume Arie made a mistake when entering the fee.
Zillow also features a function called “Zestimate,” which tells you a house’s estimated actual value. The Zestimate on this house was $600k lower than the list price when I first saw it last night, but it’s now been revised to slightly over $900k, so I’m guessing that was just a lag on the new listing. In fact, in the last hour or two, the Zestimate has continued to rise, which is intriguing. What’s more noteworthy is that the average property value in this Phoenix community is roughly $360,000. That’s a huge contrast from Arie and Lauren’s asking price of just under a million dollars, and it makes me wonder why they built such a magnificent home in this neighborhood. My mother always taught me that having the most costly house in the area damages your property worth, and it appears that this is exactly what these two have done. But that’s not my problem.
Let’s talk about the house now that I’ve done enough research to get my real estate license, because I know that’s why we’re all here. Is anyone surprised that Arie and Lauren chose the Vanderpump Rules architectural style of “off-white house with large black garage door” as their exterior design? I’m not sure about the unpainted wooden beams that surround the front entrance, but I suppose the rustic wood helps to offset the impression that your house looks like something you saw in a catalog and said, “I love that” (sorry, I’ll stop).
When you go through the front door, you’re met by an open-concept kitchen. And by immediately, I mean that the stove is only six feet away from the front door. Is this anything that exists? I must say, the kitchen is stunning. However, all of the photographs were taken with that strange wide lens that is supposed to make things look bigger, which results in some questionable Kylie Jenner Facetune difficulties. The kitchen island, for example, looks like something out of an MC Escher design, and I have no idea how large anything is.
Many people commented on the lack of staging in these photographs in the initial post I saw about the house. I agree that some furniture would have been beneficial. We see these large, empty rooms in photo after snap, but because to the strange fish-eye viewpoint, it’s difficult to gauge their size. I’m sure staging takes a lot of time and money, but knowing what size bed I can fit in each room, for example, would be beneficial.
But, in comparison to what I’m about to show you, all of these objections about the layout and lack of staging are utterly insignificant. Prepare yourself for an emotional rollercoaster.
WHAT THE HELL. I’m going to be ill, oh my god. And I say that because the tile appears to be infected with a bacterial ailment that is fast spreading along the hallway. I’m going to keep an eye on the Zillow listing because it could take over the entire house by tomorrow! Who is going to stop the tile???
But who made this design decision, exactly? Never would Joanna Gaines. Did they finish laying the floorboards in the hallway 90% of the way and then run out of wood? That’s the only answer I can come up with, because this is going to appear so strange when the restroom door is shut. Also, the wall’s border where it meets the floor appears… sloppy? I would expect all details to be perfect at that asking price. I’m sure whoever buys this property will adore it, but it’s not for me, and not just because I’ll never be able to afford $900,000.
If you’re in the Phoenix area tomorrow, there’s an open house, and I beseech you to go see it and report back. Is the house genuinely attractive? Can you figure out what caused this tile mess? Is Arie going to trail you around the house sobbing in every room? I’ve never been in such desperate need of answers. Best of luck to Arie and Lauren, and who knows, maybe they’ll get an HGTV show out of it.
What are the names of the twins ARI and Laurens?
Arie Luyendyk Jr. and wife Lauren Luyendyk (ne Burnham) have given their newborn twins, Senna James and Lux Jacob, the most unusual names with the loveliest meanings.
In Bachelor Nation, who is expecting a child?
On Saturday, December 25, the former Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise star announced on Instagram that his wife, Kayla Hughes, is expecting their first child together. The pair, who married in February 2020, revealed that their first child will arrive next summer.
The reality TV star captioned his image, “Won’t be able to unwrap this present until July!” Kayla added on her Instagram page, “The best gift wasn’t under the tree this year… Littlest Lane coming July 2022.”
The two lovebirds are keeping any extra information about their bundle of joy to themselves for the time being.
The couple shared a touching family photo to announce their baby news. J.J.’s daughter Gemma, whom he shares with ex Heather Sands, holds up a black-and-white ultrasound in the photo, while J.J. and Kayla pose next to her and beam from ear to ear.
