Non-gaming sections of all Nevada casinos, including restaurants and restrooms, are smoke-free zones. There is a Smoke-Free Zone on the casino floor at Ak-Chin. In our Poker Room and restaurants, smoking is not permitted. There is a non-smoking zone at Harrah’s Laughlin.

The state of Nevada has lifted mask mandates in resorts and casinos, restaurants, bars, showrooms, and meeting places, effective Feb. 10, 2022. Individuals who have not been fully vaccinated, those with underlying health concerns, and those in healthcare institutions should nevertheless wear masks.
According to CDC guidelines, masks are still mandatory on all public transportation and transportation hubs.

At the time, there were only two attendants on duty. The spacious outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs were a big hit with us. This was another factor that influenced my decision to stay at this hotel. The state of Nevada does not have any laws prohibiting people from drinking in public. And intoxication in public (NRS 258.260) is not a criminal in Nevada.
Drinking from open containers is regulated by local law rather than state law. Various cities have regulations prohibiting public consumption in specified areas, like as certain streets or parks.
Is it legal to vape at Las Vegas casinos?
