How do you use astrology to anticipate your job schedule?
When dasha planets or lords of the houses listed above transit through the same houses, specifically the 1st house, 10th house, and 11th house, the actual event of the job can occur. For example, if someone is born under the Mars dasha and Mars rules the 10th house of career, Mars transits will have a significant impact on his or her career.
In astrology, which planet is responsible for work?
A horoscope has twelve houses, each of which represents a different part of life. Working for someone else is part of the job. The planet Saturn is known as the service factor. Apart from other things, the tenth house of the horoscope depicts our deeds, and the sixth house of the horoscope indicates service. When the sixth and tenth houses in a horoscope are related to each other, the individual gets money through service.
Why am I unable to find work in astrology?
Because the tenth house is in an unfavorable position, it becomes crucial to avoid acquiring a job. The period of getting a job, according to your date of birth, corresponds to the tenth house, Bhavesh, and sixth house Bhavesh in your horoscope.
How can I acquire a job based on my astrological sign?
Getting a job isn’t simple, especially in today’s competitive environment. People look for work at all hours of the day and night, yet they rarely get the job they want. When luck isn’t on your side, you’ll have to deal with a lot of difficulties.
We asked Sonia Malik, an astrologer, to discuss some astrological treatments that can help you find work swiftly.
Saturn, also known as Shani, is the planet that governs a person’s professional life in their horoscope, according to the expert. Those who do not have a significant Lord Saturn presence in their horoscope face difficulties in their professional lives. Some astrological treatments will help you overcome the negative impacts of Saturn in your horoscope and have a successful career.
Which planet bestows professional success?
Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn are significant planets, and their prominent positions aid you in achieving success in this field.
In astrology, which house represents work?
The 10th house is the house in a person’s birth chart that governs his or her profession. The 10th house is ruled by Saturn, and at the time of your birth, this house in the zodiac wheel represents the different factors that will control your job options and what will be most suited for you, based on your moon sign. Aside from that, the planet that is currently transiting the 10th house will have an impact on and signify how your career will develop.
The planet in the 10th house, as well as its Lord, must decide what kind of job path is best for the child in order for him to reach his full potential. The house of career, also known as the house of opportunities, represents the opportunities that a man has in his professional life, and its Lord gives more light to this meaning so that the interpretation is worthy of success. Furthermore, one must remember that either these moon signs or the houses must be aspected in order for the results to be correct and reliable.
The following are the profession alternatives available to you based on your moon sign in the 10th house:
- Mars, as Lord of Aries, urges on the child’s interests being focused towards technical subjects of various origins. This indicates that he or she would thrive in disciplines such as mechanical engineering, civil engineering, real estate, construction, marketing and sales, business administration, hotel and restaurant management, armed forces or defense forces, police, and so on.
- Taurus in the 10th House: Your child will have a creative bent of mind if he or she is born when Taurus is in the 10th house, whose Lord is Venus. Excellence in arts, media, and fashion studies, as well as professions in connected industries, appear to be profitable for them. Apart from that, they could excel in the hotel and restaurant industry or employment in this field, as well as in businesses that cater to women, such as lingerie, cosmetics, fragrances, boutiques, jewelry, or even women’s goods such as clothes and shoes.
- Gemini in the 10th House: As the Lord of Gemini, Mercury, is in the 10th house of your child’s birth chart, he or she is destined to flourish in domains that require analytical skills and would imply that they have a strong mathematical ability. This would imply that excellence in any sector related to commission or consultancy would be advantageous. Accountancy or allied fields such as C.A., C.S., Brokerage, Share Market, Trade, and Advisory are available to your youngster.
- When Cancer is in the 10th house, and the Lord of Cancer is the Moon, your child will be successful in a variety of businesses, allowing you to choose from a variety of alternatives. He or she could represent companies that produce or deal in milk and dairy products, and who would profit handsomely if they invested in speculative acts such as the stock market and businesses related to it, liquid or water-related businesses such as mineral water supply and production, soft drinks, and so on.
- Leo in the Tenth House: If you were born with Leo in the tenth house, whose Lord is the Sun, you will have a strong sense of authority and leadership. They may pursue a career or profession in the authority area, and even obtain a government job. They may also thrive in farm business and employment, clerical and administrative professions, careers in higher authority in any company, and sports.
- Virgo in the 10th House: If you were born when Virgo was in the 10th house of the zodiac, you would succeed in commission-based employment or business, as well as interest-related profiles. They’d also be useful in subjects like astrology, astronomy, and occult sciences, which require a lot of foresight. Because Mercury is the Lord of Virgo, the domains of administration, authority, Chartered Accountancy, and other accounting-related vocations and work would be quite beneficial to them.
- With Venus as their Lord, your child will be a connoisseur of beauty and all things artistic if he or she is born when Libra is in the 10th house. Because Librans have a good eye for creativity, they would be interested in artistic fields and associated occupations. Who knows, maybe your kid may be the next huge action hero or win a Grammy for best vocalist. Their possibilities are numerous because they are naturally gifted with inventiveness. They could work in the sectors of media, architecture, design, and animation, or they could work in the domains of women’s goods and lingerie, cosmetics, beauty products, or fashion design.
- If Scorpio is in the 10th House, and the Lord of Scorpio is Mars, the native will excel in a variety of fields, including medicine, pharmacy, real estate, property dealings, chef or baker, food industry, construction work or business, bricks and mortar, earth machines such as the ‘tandoor,’ other machineryequipment, and so on. They may also acquire a strong interest in adventure sports and even desire to be professional athletes.
- Jupiter is Lord of the Sagittarius moon sign, and when this sign is in the 10th house at the moment of birth, it requires that the child should excel in the fields described ahead. Your child would have a good possibility of getting a job in administration, clerical work, any religious job or service, work in a religious atmosphere, work in the teaching department, operate a teaching/coaching institute, or work in related industries.
- Capricorn in the 10th House: If you or your kid was born when Capricorn was in the 10th house, you or your child would earn money by renting properties, working in the construction sector, iron and wood industry, or working in the business, oil, gas, and fuel industry. Saturn is the Lord of Capricorn, and the railway industry, government positions, agriculture, law, and medicine all appear to have higher prospects for you. Having so many choices on your plate will certainly satisfy your inner desires and allow you to hope for the best!
- Aquarius in the 10th House: Because the Lord is Saturn, fields that test prowess in technicality are best if Aquarius is in the 10th house at the moment of birth. As a result, they will be successful if they specialize in the departments of all branches of engineering, medicine and dentistry, aviation (becoming a pilot or air hostess), agriculture (holding a degree in agriculture and working in the same sector), and agriculture (holding a degree in agriculture and working in the same sector). Apart from that, they would exhibit their best qualities in the fields of law and justice, the judiciary, working in/owning iron or gas enterprises, or working for railway departments.
- Pisces in the Tenth House: If Pisces is in the tenth house in your birth horoscope, Jupiter is the Lord. Media, fashion, administration, education, clerical work, agriculture, and other sectors will suit you well. They may also have interest-based income. You’ll have an extremely creative mind and be drawn to writing, poetry, painting, and other creative endeavors. As a sportsperson, you’ll have the strength and agility to succeed.

Find jobs that fit your qualifications
Make a list of your work history, education, and abilities. Then hunt for a job that matches your qualifications. You should continue to apply for jobs in your desired sector or industry, but you may need to broaden your search.
Consider exploring for jobs that you may not have applied for but that suit your requirements. If you’re a salesperson, for example, you could look for opportunities in business development or marketing. Your sales talents will most likely transfer to those positions. You can also hunt for positions in a company you wish to work for and then plan to make a lateral career transfer after at least a year there.
Make it a habit to apply for jobs on a regular basis. Even if a company approaches you for a phone interview or a job application, you should keep applying in case you don’t get the job or the offer isn’t what you expected. You may receive many employment offers to choose from in some circumstances.
Optimize your cover letter and resume
Because hiring managers only review resumes for a few seconds, you must grab their attention right away by optimizing each cover letter and resume you send. For the recruiting manager, your cover letter and CV should be brief, easy to read, and memorable.
For each job you apply for, you should adapt your cover letter and resume or compose a new one. Explain why you wish to work for that company and highlight your qualifications in your cover letter. You should also explain how you can contribute to the company’s success and how you distinguish from other applicants.
Highlight any experience and skills that meet the requirements in your resume. To provide readers a clear, concise picture of your experience, limit your work history to the last five to seven years or the last three jobs. You can also include details on volunteer work, continuing education courses you’ve taken, and other projects you’ve worked on. Recruiters want to know what you learnt, even if you didn’t learn it in the traditional sense. If you babysat as a teenager, for example, you most certainly learnt communication, organization, time management, and multitasking, all of which are transferable abilities.
Which chart should you look at if you’re looking for a job?
The Rashi of sportsmen, attorneys, judges, preachers, finance, judges, capitalists, wool, and shoe traders is Sagittarius (Dhanus). Capricorn (Makara) jobs include wood and lumber, geologists, mineralogists, real estate agents, and forest department employees. Aquarius (Kumbha) is associated with astrology, counseling, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), philosophy, computers, and engineering. Oil, chemicals, perfume, the navy, sailors, surgeons, doctors, jailors, secret services, hospitals, and jails are all associated with Pisces (Meena).
Analysing Profession In The Chart
The primary house of profession is the tenth house of the birth chart. The Dashamsha is a divisional chart that is used to determine one’s professional path. The Dashamsha’s Lagna ruler must be checked. The lord of the Navamsha Rashi in which the 10th lord is placed is then studied. The most powerful planet gives a clear indication of career. The sign in which the Atmakaraka is located in the Navamsa is also studied by Jaimini astrologers. If the Sun is present, it denotes a position in government or the public sector. The Moon represents education, Mars represents the army, police, or electrical, and Mercury represents politics, business, or social services. Venus is a politician, and Jupiter or Saturn imply the same career as the father.
The Varga ChartDashamsha Or D10
The Dashamsha chart is derived from the Varga chart by splitting all the Rashis into tenths, i.e., the 30 degrees of a Rashi into 3-degree portions. It is the most essential career and profession divisional chart. It also demonstrates the person’s impact on society as a whole. Every indication found in the birth chart must be verified in the Navamsa and Dashamsha. Only after observing patterns repeat in all of the aspects being evaluated can an inclination toward a certain career be established. A single placement should not be utilized to draw firm conclusions. The D10’s tenth house is an excellent indication of a person’s occupation. The D10’s Lagna is also examined for auspiciousness. The Dashamsha has a meaning that is quite similar to the 10th house in the natal chart.
D10 Lagna
The Rashi in which the Dashamsha’s Lagna falls is significant. If the D10 Lagna is in a Dusthana, the Dashamsha will not have a significant impact on the person’s vocation. If the D10’s Lagna is strong, we might consider the D10’s indicators to be important. The next step is to research D1’s lord of the 10th house and where it falls in the D10, as well as the D10’s lord of the 10th house. The profession is spiced up by planets that impact these houses through placement or aspect. Repeated patterns that keep confirming one indication increase the importance of that indicator.
Similarly, an astrologer examines the placement of the Lagnesh of the D10, as well as the planets that are in it and those that are aspecting it. Planets in Kendras and Trikonas are more auspicious than those in or linked with the Dusthanas, as in any chart. Planets that are aspected by or situated with the D10’s Lagnesh are beneficial to a person’s chosen career.
Additional Career And Profession Indicators
The number of professional alternatives available to a person is growing at a rapid rate. The astrologer must combine the meanings of the planets, houses, and Rashis and effectively apply them to contemporary conceptions of various professions. Classical writings, for example, do not define a career in film or journalism. The astrologer deftly connects traditional conceptions of professions’ fundamentals to modern methods of working and making a living. The following examples of careers and their planets will help you understand how the planets’ meanings relate to each profession.
Communication, Aviation And Metallurgy
Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius are air signs that indicate a career in aviation when they are prominent. Gemini and the planet Mercury are intimately associated with careers in communication. Mars as well as the Mars-ruled Aries and Scorpio are engineering planets. Saturn rules the process of obtaining metals and ores from the ground. The Sun, Mercury, and Mars are the planets that govern metallurgy.
Which house is to blame for the loss of jobs?
India is experiencing an economic downturn as a result of the poorly implemented demonetization (November 2016) and GST (July 2017) policies, which resulted in a large number of job losses in both the formal and informal sectors of our economy. For many causes, Europe and China are experiencing a global downturn. Economists are predicting a major recession as a result of the trade battles between the United States and China, as well as military tensions between Iran and Saudi Arabia. The astrological issue of economic slowdown may worsen with Jupiter’s arrival into Sagittarius on November 5th, 2019, and then following the solar eclipse on December 26th in the same sign, the problem will worsen. This was mentioned in my article “Global Economic Trends 2019,” which appeared on page 50 of the January 2019 issue of this magazine. Saturn’s transit through the fiery signs of Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius has been reported to cause economic stagnation. If Saturn enters a fiery sign and forms an opposition or conjunction with Jupiter, a global recession can ensue, as it did in the 1929, 1982, 1991, and 2009 economic crises. The opposition or conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter coincided with these big economic crises.
A core principle of mundane astrology discussed in texts like Bhavishya Phala Bhaskar and Mayur Chitram is that the conjunction or opposition of Saturn and Jupiter causes enormous changes in the world economy as well as major conflicts. This could be seen as the ‘Karaka Tattwa,’ or significance of these two major planets. Jupiter represents intelligence and prosperity, while Saturn represents the masses or people in general. The conjunction or opposition of Saturn and Jupiter causes widespread changes in people’s cognitive processes, resulting in enormous economic and political upheavals that are both historic and terrible.
Now that Saturn and Jupiter are conjunct in Sagittarius and then Capricorn, a severe economic and food price crisis will erupt over the world in the year 2020. This will occur as a result of wars affecting countries like as India, Pakistan, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and the United States on multiple fronts. Its effects will last for nearly two years, and an economic recovery will only be feasible when Jupiter enters Pisces, the sign of expansion. This will only happen in 2022, and before then, millions of workers will lose their employment around the world, with negative consequences for many enterprises. Renewable energy, new generation technology, ecommerce, and organic farming, on the other hand, will expand faster after 2020.
Now I’ll go through some of my discoveries about astrological combinations that cause a sudden career crisis in natal horoscopes.
- During the dasha of ‘Dusthana’ lords, there is a risk of job loss in horoscopes with a conjunction of the 10th lord with the 8th house lord or the 12th house lord (6th, 8th and 12th lords).
- During an unfavourable dasha time, the conjunction or opposition of the 5th lord and the 8th lord in a horoscope might also result in a sudden job loss. Because the 5th house is the eighth house from the tenth house of career, it might also indicate a job loss or a career problem.
- If the dasha lords are in 6/8 or 2/12 position from each other, the perplexing dashas of Jupiter-Venus or Venus-Jupiter, Rahu-Venus or Venus-Rahu, Mercury-Ketu or Ketu-Mercury, and Saturn-Rahu or Rahu-Saturn can cause a career crisis.
- If a solar or lunar eclipse falls over the Janma lagna, natal Sun, and/or natal Moon, a highly situated professional’s career can be jeopardized if he is under the influence of natural malefic planets or ‘Dusthana’ lords.
- In the instance of the Jamini Chara dasha, the Atamakaraka dasha can cause a career setback. Amatayakaraka in the 6th, 8th, or 12th house from Rashi dasha can potentially cause a major professional problem.
This Virgo lagna horoscope belongs to a high-ranking IT worker who relocated to Singapore after July 2008, when his horoscope was ruled by the Mercury-Sun dasha in Vimshottari. He continued to work for the same company until September, when his bosses notified him that their company had gone bankrupt due to losses. As we all know, the global economic slump is wreaking havoc on the software industry. During his Ketu-Ketu dasha in Vimshottari, he lost his job (from 19 April 2019 to 16 September 2019). Ketu is nicely situated in the 9th house of luck and is in conjunction with Mercury, the 10th lord, but the aspect of Mars, the 8th lord, has spoiled this yoga. Ketu is located in the 12th house of losses in the Navamsha. The following dasha is Ketu-Venus, which is in the 2/12 axis, but Venus’s favorable position in Rashi and Navamsha suggests that you will be able to find work swiftly.
From May 2019 to May 2020, he was in the Chara dasha, which was Pisces-Pisces. He lost his work due to the Atamakaraka Moon and Amatayakaraka Mars falling in the 12th house from Pisces.
This Tula lagna horoscope belongs to a young man who has worked for a number of firms in different countries. He lost his job in July 2019, when he was in Vimshottari for an enigmatic Venus-Saturn era (July 2018 to September 2021). In Nairobi and Dubai, he held management positions. He planned to stay in Turkey permanently but was unable to do so after losing his employment in July 2019 owing to a company-wide economic problem. In his Rashi chart, look at the mutual location of Venus and Saturn. In Rashi, they are at 2/12, while in Navamsha, they are in trine. However, Venus is the lord of the 8th house, while Saturn is the lord of the 5th. The lords of the 5th and 8th houses dashas can also cause employment losses, as I said earlier.
When he lost his job, a lunar eclipse fell on his natal Sun in Sagittarius on the 16th/17th of July this year, it was Venus-Saturn-Ketu. The Chara dasha was in the sign of Aries, with the Amatayakaraka Moon in the 8th house.
This Vargottama Tula (Libra) lagna horoscope belongs to a person who worked for 33 years for a multinational pharmaceutical company and recently lost his job due to his company’s commercial losses as a result of the Indian government’s strategy of pushing generic medications. The Modi government has helped millions of poor people by supplying affordable generic medicines through ‘Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Yojana’ outlets. It lowered the sale of branded drugs, resulting in losses for the company where this local had been employed since 1986. Saturn and Mercury are making fantastic Raja Yoga in this Tula lagna horoscope since they are in mutual aspect. During the Saturn and Mercury dashas, he did a fantastic job. When he joined in 1986 as a medical representative, he worked his way up to regional manager.
His problems began with the Venus maha dasha, which began in June 2018. The lagan and 8th lord, Venus, is in the 8th house. Venus is not a Raja Yoga practitioner. It is debilitated in the 12th house in Navamsha. In the current economic slump, Venus in the 8th house in Rashi and the 12th in Navamsha has to cause him to lose his work. When he lost his employment, the Chara dasha was Gemini-Libra. The Atamakaraka is in the 12th house of Gemini and the 8th house of Libra, both of which are terrible houses.
This Scorpio lagna horoscope is for a science teacher who worked at a good post at a private collage where she provided engineering aspirants with coaching. However, many of these private coaching establishments in India sustained losses as a result of demonetization, and he was forced to resign. He lost his job in the middle of 2017 during his Mercury-Mars dasha in Vimshottari (June 2016 to June 2017). Later, he took a lower-paying work, which he lost in the middle of this year during his Mercury-Rahu dasha. Mercury’s lordship is the 8th and 11th lord from the lagna. In his horoscope, he has a conjunction of the eighth and tenth lords. Because the 8th lord Mercury and the 10th lord Sun are conjoined, he is more likely to lose work during difficult dashas. See also his Navamsha chart, which shows Mercury in the 6th house of struggle and anter dasha lord Rahu receiving a negative aspect from 8th lord Venus. During his Mercury-Rahu dasha, he will confront a problem in his teaching job at a time when coaching institutes in India are in a difficult situation. In the Chara dasha, he is in the sign of Aquarius (July 2017 to July 2020), with Jupiter as his Atamakaraka. The Amatayakaraka Venus offers the 12th house a Jaimini aspect from Venus.
In his Rahu maha dasha, this Pisces lagna horoscope belongs to a high-ranking IT professional who worked abroad from 2006 to 2016. Notice how Rahu is aligned with Saturn’s 11th and 12th lords, receiving favourable aspects from Jupiter’s 10th and lagna lord. Mars, the 9th lord, also aspects Rahu, granting him a successful career in the field of information technology. Later, he returned to India to work for his company, and he has been struggling since early 2019. He has not received his paycheck for the past nine months, and his company’s owner recently declared bankruptcy, forcing him to resign without paying his debts. In Vimshottari, he is currently in his Jupiter-Jupiter dasha (October 2018 to December 2020).
Jupiter is weak since it is involved with so many strong malefic planets such as Ketu, Mars, and a retrograde Saturn, all of which are not beneficial. The intriguing transit of Saturn over this native’s Janma Nakshtra, Poorva Ashadha in Dhanu Rashi, is also a factor. On the 16th/17th of July this year, a lunar eclipse fell on his natal Moon in Sagittarius, adding to his problems. The 8th lord Venus is in the 10th house of career in his horoscope. Jupiter, the dasha lord, is in the 6th house in Navamsha and receives an aspect from Venus, the lord of the 8th house. As a result of the involvement of the ‘Dusthana’ lords and the disastrous transportation, his career is doomed.
