I’d want to send similar sympathies to Arie Luyendyk Jr., who started “the most crucial race of my life” on Monday by smelling a stranger’s armpits, listening to someone sing a (romantic?) song about taxidermy, and straining to tell one Lauren from from another… and another.
Arie’s First Impression RoseTM went to Chelsea, a 29-year-old real estate agent and (secret?) single mom from Portland, Maine, who he spent the most time with. Chelsea, like all good parents, proved she knows how to get things done; not only did she get the season’s first formal make-out, but she didn’t even have to tell him anything about herself. I’m intrigued to see how long she can keep her friendly yet mysterious demeanor until she needs to actually open up. (Speaking of which, do you have any predictions for how Arie will react to being a single mom in the future? I believe he’ll be ecstatic.)

Who was the lucky recipient of Becca’s first impression rose?
During season 14 of The Bachelorette in 2018, Yrigoyen received the first impression rose from Becca Kufrin.
“I wanted to make sure I could find my forever partner in the group of guys I was choosing to continue my adventure with,” Kufrin wrote for PEOPLE about the pressures of giving out the rose.
Yrigoyen and Kufrin are no longer in a relationship. After their season of The Bachelorette ended, the couple separated up two years later.
Who received the first impression of the year 2021?
For the second year in a row, “The Bachelorette” is back, and this time it’s Michelle Young’s turn to find love.
Last year, on Matt James’ season of “The Bachelor,” the 30-year-old Minnesota native became a fan favorite. (Remember when she cracked a joke while doing perfect push-ups in a beautiful ballgown? Icon.)
Her candidates have twice the pun potential to work with as a former Division I basketball player and current elementary school teacher (school is out for the summer, which means it’s time to step out on the court … and find her man!).
Who will be the first to receive a rose?
Clayton decided to deliver his First Impression Rose to Teddi Wright, a 25-year-old from Highland, California, at the end of the cocktail party following the limo entrances. This stunning competitor has a remarkable profession as a surgical unit nurse, as we previously reported. Teddi confessed she was a virgin early in the program, but that if she made it that far, she would go to Fantasy Suites with Clayton.
If you’ve been following The Bachelor spoilers, you’ve probably known for months that Teddi would be the recipient of the First Impression Rose. Reality While Michelle’s season was running, Steve tweeted out the news in October 2021, providing a slew of spoilers.
What’s up with Clare and Dale?
The duo’s journey, however, was not without its difficulties. She fell hard after connecting on night one, and the other suitors were not happy.
During an episode of the show in October 2020, competitor Kenny Braasch said to the other men, “She doesn’t really care about anyone else or giving anyone else a fair shake, besides Dale.” “If you want to be with Dale, go be with him right now, and we’ll all go home together.” What am I doing here if you already have a boyfriend?”
Clare, for one, was well aware that there would be many who questioned how she could fall so swiftly, but she was unconcerned about them.
“My question is for those who are saying that for those who are questioning it what is the exact formula for falling in love?” During an interview with Us, she inquired. “Is there a single solution?” Is there a good example of how this is done?”
Us revealed in January 2021 that Crawley and Moss’ relationship had struck a snag. He later revealed that they had broken up, but the breakup was short-lived. In February 2021, Us said that they were giving it another attempt.
In September 2021, Us announced that the couple had split for the second time, less than a year after reuniting. “At this moment, it was best for them to go their separate ways,” a source told Us at the time.
From night one to present, witness a timeline of Moss and Crawley’s relationship in the gallery below:
Is it true that Nate and Michelle are still together?
Two months after the season 18 finale aired, Michelle and Nayte are still going strong. In January 2022, the two even did a photo session for People magazine, which Michelle teased on Instagram.
The fifth-grade teacher wrote her Instagram carousel picture that month, with the first shot showing her patching up his grin, “I pledge to always be the person to pick food out of your teeth.” Michelle continues to post pictures of herself and her fianc on social media, offering admirers an insight into their relationship.
Who was the lucky recipient of Matt’s first impression rose?

Is JoJo and Rodgers still a couple?
Alums of The Bachelorette Jordan Rodgers and JoJo Fletcher are set to tie the knot in May 2022. JoJo made her Bachelor debut on Ben Higgins’ season, however her adventure was cut short when he chose Lauren Bushnell over her. This, however, worked in her favor when she was given a second chance at love as the season 12 Bachelorette. Jordan and Robby Hayes were her last two for the season, and she confessed her love for Jordan in the finale. Jordan re-proposed in 2019 after the couple had been engaged since 2016. In an Instagram post, he wrote, “I always wanted to re-propose, with no cameras, no producers, no drama…just us.”
Who will Clayton choose?
True love is seldom easy to find. And it’s never easy to look away from The Bachelor’s journey, especially when the blunders that lead to “the most dramatic finale ever” are as many as the hearts devastated by these blunders.
Season 26 of ABC’s competitive dating show became precisely that: A road map for many of the poor decisions made when one is A) young, B) looking for love, and C) doing so on national television. Clayton Echard has been managing the treacherous intersection of group dates, overseas travel, network-financed extravagance, production influence, and, let’s be honest, hormones for the past three months. It’s been a blessed mess in the worst sense of the word. Two of the women vying for Clayton self-deported from the show on his first night alone. He insisted on keeping a bully around for longer than we could bear. He admits to sleeping with two of his finalists and telling all three of them that he was in love, prompting Susie Evans, his eventual decision, to flee Iceland.
Michelle’s Final Four are…
Michelle Young, the current Bachelorette, has already chosen Joe Coleman, Brandon Jones, Rodney Mathews, and Nayte Olukoya as her last four candidates. This was a watershed moment for the long-running franchise, since it was the first time a lead had a final four comprised entirely of people of color.
